What this service is
Campbell Roof Leak Help is a call-connection and referral service. We connect people who call with independent roofing providers. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not perform roof work, and we do not hold a contractor license. We may be paid by providers for referred calls.
Independent providers
The roofing providers you speak with are independent businesses. We do not employ them, supervise them or control their work, prices, schedules or warranties. Any estimate, contract, payment or warranty is an agreement between you and the provider. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, that a call will connect, or that a provider will offer a particular price or timeline.
Your responsibility to check
We do not verify any provider's license, insurance, bonding or workmanship. Before you hire anyone, check their California contractor license with the Contractors State License Board, get a written scope and price and read any contract before you sign. Our guide to checking a roofer explains how.
Information on this site
The articles and pages on this website are general information. They are not a diagnosis of your roof, and they are not legal, insurance, engineering or safety advice for your situation. Roof work is dangerous, and you should not climb onto a roof to inspect or repair it. We try to keep information accurate, but rules, prices and conditions change, and we make no promise that every statement is complete or current.
No warranties and limits on liability
The website and the service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, from a call that does not connect, or from the work, prices or conduct of any provider you speak with. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the website or the phone line. That includes placing false or automated calls, attempting to interfere with the site's operation, or copying our content to publish elsewhere without permission.
Calls
Calls are routed through third-party platforms and may be recorded, as described in our privacy policy. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the person who answers or end the call.
Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
